We welcome any ideas of support and/or financial assistance that will allow Naam to continue her extensive training schedule and attendance in training camps and competitions. The competition expenses commonly include a return flight within EU and 2-4 night accommodation near the competition site. Competitions held in Finland only require accommodation. Each sponsorship deal can be negotiated as a unique package. Most welcome are travel vouchers that include the cost of travel and the accommodation. Naam is training 14-21 hours per week in 2016. |
Naam attends Taekwondo training sessions 5 times per week, including 7.5 to 9 hours of versatile and specific Taekwondo exercises and training. Naam is member of MUDO ry, but she attends additional weekly training sessions at MUDO Lohja and Taekwondourheilijat. Friday is Naam’s day of rest. Naam’s training schedule includes daily stretching for 30-60 minutes to special techniques, maintain muscle flexibility and health. Naam also benefits from regular aerobic exercises on school days when she either walks or cycles to school, the brisk walk or the use of the ‘jopo’ bicycle without any extra gears certainly gets her heart pumping. These school trips add 4 km one-way to her training routine. Naam also love play with kids so she help coaching kids in MUDO Lohja courses sometimes. As an active youngster, Naam balances her extensive physical training schedule with schoolwork at Tytyrin Ala-aste school. |
